How to Start
1. Manage it all under “My Account → Loyalty Rewards.”
2. Head to www.youngliving.com and log into your account.
3. Start shopping.
4. When you find something you want, click “Add to Loyalty Order.”

REDEEM YOUR POINTS
• Log in to your Virtual Office
• Choose your products
– Click Add to Cart on the items you want to order.
– Look for a blue flag next to the PV to confirm the item is eligible for Loyalty Points.
– Important: Do not add items to a Loyalty Order. Points can only be used on items added to your Cart.
• Checkout and apply points
– Click View Cart, then Checkout.
– In the payment section, check the boxes next to the items you want to pay for using your Loyalty Points.
• Alternative option
– You can also redeem points by contacting Member Services by phone or email.
KEY DETAILS TO REMEMBER:
• Minimum Requirement: Points can be redeemed starting in the third month, after at least 2 consecutive months of qualifying orders.
• Redemption Limit: You can redeem up to 375 points per month.
• Points Usage: Points are redeemed based on the PV (Point Value) of the product, not the dollar amount.
• Expiration: Points expire 12 months from the date they are earned.
• Cancellations: Canceling your Loyalty Rewards subscription results in the forfeiture of all unused points.
